Worms creator Andy Davidson has released a free expansion pack for Worms: The Director's Cut, an Amiga-exclusive sequel. The expansion includes over 40 custom levels, 50 new sample packs, and new teams and terrain types.
The expansion is a collaboration with fan creators and indie developer Jeff Minter. Davidson hopes it will give the game "a new lease on life" and allow a wider audience to play the game.
The expansion will work with emulators for those without old hardware, and a site is in development for players to share custom levels.
