Silent Hill: Townfall is the latest installment in the Silent Hill series, developed by Screen Burn Interactive. The game takes place in a foggy Scottish town and follows the story of Simon Ordell, a character with a similar background to James Sunderland.
The game features a first-person perspective, a departure from the traditional third-person view of the series. Players can expect to find clues and mysteries using a portable CRTV, defend themselves with firearms and melee weapons, and use stealth and distraction to evade enemies.
The game also features a dynamic hunting system, where enemies will pursue Simon if he draws too much attention, and multiple endings, although the details of these endings are not yet known.
Silent Hill: Townfall is set to release on September 24, 2026, for Steam and the Epic Games Store, with a deluxe edition available for pre-order that includes two days of advanced access.
