Sega has announced that Shinobi: Art of Vengeance will be released on Switch 2 on September 24. The game will be available in both physical and digital editions, with the Digital Deluxe Edition including the Sega Villains Stage DLC, a digital artbook, and more.
The Digital Standard Edition will cost £24.99 / $29.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition will cost £34.99 / $39.99.
Notably, owners of the Switch version will not be able to upgrade to the Switch 2 version for free, and will need to purchase it again. This decision is consistent with some of Sega's past practices, although the company has made exceptions in certain cases.
