Nintendo wrapped its latest Direct with a marathon of announcements for both the Switch and the upcoming Switch 2. Highlights include Rhythm Heaven Groove, which adds multiplayer and an RPG‑style beat‑attack mode and launches on July 2, and Capcom’s Onimusha: Way of the Sword, arriving on September 25 across all platforms. Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen will hit Switch 2 on October 9 with new DLC, while Stellar Blade, formerly a PS5 exclusive, is slated for a later‑year Switch 2 port.
Other notable reveals cover a range of genres: Orbitals, a retro‑anime co‑op adventure, debuts on September 3; Rayman Legends Retold lands on October 1; and Big Walk, from the Untitled Goose Game creator, arrives August 4. Bandai Namco’s One Piece: Grand Gourmet drops October 23, and Pokémon Pokopia receives a free update plus a three‑part DLC pass beginning in August. Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is set for September 17, and Ninjala 2: The Uncharted Planet heads to Switch 2 in spring 2027.

The Direct also confirmed Switch 2 editions of the Xenoblade trilogy, a new Xenoblade Genesis for 2027, and a Switch 2‑only Switch Sports Resort on October 22. A Star Fox demo is live now, and a dedicated Direct for Splatoon Raiders will air June 30, promising more details on the July 23 release.
